Job Title:
CAD Designer
Qualifications & Experience:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship obtained after Secondary or Higher Secondary School Education.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of professional experience with a reputable architectural firm after certification.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Lumion for 3D visualization and design tasks.
- Hands-on experience in developing 3D models, animations, and renderings from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings.
- Expertise in preparing architectural working drawings for professional projects.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and designers throughout various project stages.
- Active knowledge of current rendering techniques, industry standards, and market trends.
- Capability to manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
